A 3T Philips MR scanner dedicated to research is available in the University. Other scanners available for research in the University's hospital include a 3T GE, a 1.5T GE, and a PET scanner that has been installed recently. Our Beijing partner in the Chinese Academy of Sciences has a 3T Siemens scanner fully used for research. Each year, the lab also has a number of hours to access 3T Siemens scanners in San Antonio and Washington DC.
